Orr Shalit’s Homepage

I am a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at the Technion, Israel.

From 2011 to 2014 I was a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, in Be’er-Sheva, Israel.

Between 2009 and 2011 I was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pure Math, in the University of Waterloo, Canada. My host there was Prof. Ken Davidson.

I finished my PhD in 2009 in the faculty of Mathematics in the Technion. My supervisor was Prof. Baruch Solel.

I completed a MSc. in 2005 in the faculty of Mathematics in the Technion, under the supervision of Prof. Boris Paneah. Here is something I wrote in his memory (in Hebrew).

I am married to Nohar. We live in Rosh Pina with our children Anna, Tama, Gev, Em, Shem, Asher Natan Bracha, and Sarah.
